1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this portal and utilizing our document management, claim file computerized aggregation, or administrative advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all clauses, you must immediately terminate usage.

2. Claims Compilation Service

Vinod Care Services acts as a professional compiler for healthcare claims. We assist in formatting and structuring employee claim dossiers in both English and Marathi. Accuracy relies on the primary files, bills, and doctor details you upload, and we hold no liability for errors resulting from falsified information provided by the user.

3. Lock and Payment Terms

To access compiled claim documents, users must unlock files by completing a transactional charge calculated as **1%** of the claim grand total (total_ab). Payments are securely completed via Razorpay. Successfully cleared transactions unlock immediate, permanent viewing and PDF downloading rights for that file.

4. Intellectual Property and Layouts

All compiled template models, Devanagari font-swap scripts, system interfaces, calculators, and automated PDF generating algorithms are the exclusive property of Vinod Care Services Pvt. Ltd. Copying, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Government Approval Disclaimer

Our services are tailored to optimize and speed up file processing according to standard Government Resolutions (GRs). However, final claim approvals and payout disbursements rest entirely with the respective government administrative departments.
